Anna Heuchenne Bauge

Born in Sweden and schooled in Switzerland, graduated from Les Roches Hotel School before embarking on her flourishing career in Europe and the US, today specialising in hospitality consulting from training to mystery shopping.

Anna’s breadth of expertise ranges from establishing the Hospitality Program at Endicott College to comprehensive experience in food & beverage and rooms divisions, in both manager & director positions in some of the world’s most exciting luxury and boutique hotels; The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel and Hotel Arts Barcelona, before spearheading the opening of Gran Hotel Benahavis as Hotel Manager. Anna is leading the training, mentoring efforts at Hotel Sant Francesc on a monthly basis and whilst managing Canet Villa Estate.

Anna’s interpersonal & troubleshooting flair was further honed heading the European Sales office for Meeting Matrix, and steering the communications and PR for Irony Home in Dubai.

Anna is renowned as an extraordinary host, with an outstanding reputation in directing the bigger picture, while fine-tuning the details to glittering perfection; Anna has dynamite energy for achieving end goals. Her passion for hospitality consulting makes her unique and invaluable to the team.
